Did You Know?

Volunteer Clinical Faculty have access to GCSoM library resources, including Dynamed, AccessMedicine, and over 7000 journals. Faculty can obtain full-text articles on their own by going to the library homepage on TCMC portal, library.tcmc.edu, or they can request as many articles as they need through the library's Document Delivery service. Call or e-mail library staff for more information.

    Earn CME Credits : Library Resources

    Library Resources that can be utilized to earn CME credits

    Please note: Library Staff cannot track CME credits earned using library resources

    (Click on the 'i' icon next to each link for information on how to earn credits from that resource)

     

    • AccessMedicine
      Create a personal account. Receive CME credits when you review content marked with CME and a blue ribbon icon. Your credits will be stored in your personal account. Fill out a short questionnaire to receive your credits.
    • Dynamed
      To earn CME credits, conduct a search. Click on the link "Get CME for this topic," located at the top of the left sidebar on the page.
    • Henry Stewart Talks
      Create a personal account to earn credits. https://hstalks.com/search/?biosci&subtype=TALK&filters=accreditation%7CCME Follow this link, click on Accreditation, and select CME to retrieve a list of talks that offer CME credits.
    • JAMA - Journal of the American Medical Association
      To earn credits, click on the CME link on the top of the page. You must register for a free, personal account to earn credits.
    • Natural Medicines
      Click on the "Continuing Education" link at the top of the page. You will need to create a personal account to earn CME credits.
    • PsychiatryOnline
      Click on the "CME" link at the top of the page. You will need to create a personal account to earn CME credits.
    • VisualDx
      Create a personal account to earn credits. Receive credits each time your build a differential or look up a diagnosis.
